- Is there water in the water tank? If there is no water, replenish it.
- Are all valves between the feed water tank and boiler open? If any valves are closed, open them.

Is the blow valve open? If so, close the valve.

Is the water supply pump running out of air? Open the air release valve and confirm that only water is discharged without air.

Is the water supply strainer clogged? Clean the feed water strainer.

Is the temperature of the water supply above 100°C? If it exceeds 100°C, steam may be returning to the feed water tank. Stop collecting condensate from the feed water tank to prevent steam from returning.

Is there any disconnection or disconnection of the U, V, and W wiring of the feed water pump? If so, turn off the main power supply and connect the wiring.

Are there any disconnected electrode holder terminals or broken wires? If so, repair them.

Is the boiler full of water (water supply abnormality 10 occurs)? Blow out the boiler once and supply water again.

Does the alarm recur after restarting the boiler? If it recurs, it should be checked by a maintenance contractor.
