Trouble Shooting "Combustion Abnormality"

• If fuel valves (pilot gas piping and main gas piping) are closed, open them.
• Is the flame detection sensor (ZUVⅡ) installed correctly? If it is off from the mounting base, install it correctly.
• Is the ignition cord cap correctly installed? If not, attach it to the spark rod correctly.
• Are there any spots of the ignition cord where the sheath has been torn off and the wires are exposed? If so, please replace the parts.
• Are the U, V, and W wires of the blower in the control box disconnected from the terminals? If there is any disconnection, install the wiring after turning off the main power supply.
• Is the wiring of the damper motor disconnected? If there is a disconnection, turn off the main power supply and repair the disconnected part.
• Is the gas solenoid valve (pilot and main) wiring disconnected? If there is a disconnection, turn off the main power and repair the disconnection.
• Does the alarm recur when the boiler is restarted? If the alarm recurs, it should be checked by a maintenance contractor.
